Isabell and Saskia from the HR Team will be by your side: They will support you with any organisational issues and are available for any questions relating to your entry into working life. Our Training Manager Andreas Mücke is your experienced contact. He will help you to master your first steps in practice.

Do you have in interest in technology and want to find out how modern machines really operate? When training as an electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d), you will ensure that automated welding systems operate smoothly. You will find out how the individual parts interact and suggest and implement improvements.
You will install and configure different drive systems – whether they are electric, hydraulic or pneumatic. In addition, you will install technology such as sensors, control and network systems ensuring everything is properly controlled and monitored.
You will combine all of this to form a large, smart system, which will interact perfectly within the welding system. Following a successful test, you will explain to the customer how everything works and will be the contact for any questions. You will also ensure that the systems are maintained regularly and will be back up and running quickly in case of problems – you will use state-of-the-art test programs and diagnostic systems for this.

Do you like action, technology and want to really create something with your own hands? Then start your training as foundry mechanic (m/f/d) – you will become a real metal professional!
During your training you will learn how to create really cool metal parts from sand and special moulds. You will prepare everything, check the models and ensure that everything goes smoothly during casting. The highlight: You will melt metal at extreme temperatures and cast it into the moulds – almost like a modern blacksmith!
Whether it is a single piece or small series, you will be involved from start to finish: from melting and alloying of the metals to cooling and reworking of the finished parts. You will use different techniques such as sandblasting or heat treatment to ensure that every part is perfect.

Do you enjoy technical drawing and construction, love to create and want to know how a real product is created from an idea? Using modern 3D modelling software on the computer, you will translate customer requirements into technical drawings. These form the basis for production. You will select materials and production technologies to minimise costs whilst meeting the technical requirements.
