Deloro Coatings S.r.l., based in Bellusco, Italy, has been producing coated components since 1961. We offer high-quality coating services using a wide range of cobalt, nickel, and iron alloys, as well as tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, and ceramics.

Thermal spraying technologies such as HVOF and APS (plasma spraying), along with welding solutions using Laser Cladding, PTA, TIG, and MIG, are customized and used to manufacture new or repair components. Our focus is on supporting our customers in both original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and repair.

Deloro Coatings offers coating and processing services for industrial wear protection solutions and has expertise in the packaging, food, and hydropower sectors, as well as in the Italian market for pumps, valves, and flow control components for the oil and gas industry. Stellite™ 6B is used for steam turbine erosion shields, and Stellite™ 6K for industrial knives.

Deloro Coatings provides coating and processing services for industrial wear protection solutions and has expertise in the packaging, food, and hydropower industries, as well as in pumps, valves, and flow control components for the oil and gas industry. The in-house machining workshop offers the possibility to produce finished coated rings, bushings, sleeves and other components from cast Stellite™ bars.
